Jennifer Serrano, a dynamic force across multiple industries, is not only a publicist, business development strategist, and lawyer but also a celebrated fashion designer, singer, and media personality. Her multifaceted career speaks volumes of her passion for advocacy, innovation, and community development.
As the founder of The Unity Project Nigeria, an NGO dedicated to ending religious and ethnic polarization while promoting cultural integration, Serrano has worked tirelessly since 2018 to unite Nigeria’s diverse communities. “Unity is not just a dream; it is a necessity for a peaceful and prosperous Nigeria,” she says with conviction. Her work has spanned all 36 states, where she fosters dialogue between ethnic and religious groups.
In addition to her NGO work, Serrano leads the Independent Youths of Nigeria (IYN) as the National Coordinator. IYN focuses on empowering young Nigerians by instilling leadership and responsibility in the next generation.

2008- 2014 | Legal Career
Between 2008 and 2014, Jennifer Ajoke Serrano built a strong foundation in law as a Legal Executive with Charles Hills & Co Solicitors in London and later with Da Vinci LLC in Switzerland. During this period, she specialized in legal research, client relations, and organizational management, sharpening her analytical and administrative skills while navigating international legal practice.
2018 | Media Leadership & Unity Advocacy
Beginning in 2018 and continuing to the present, Jennifer embraced media leadership and advocacy by founding Unity Media and The Unity Project Nigeria. Through this platform, she spearheaded national unity campaigns across all 36 states of Nigeria, produced the widely acclaimed documentary The Nigerian Dream, and organized Unity Festivals and Conferences that brought together thousands of youths, cultural leaders, and influencers to celebrate peace, identity, and cohesion.
2019 – 2023 | Political Engagement
Between 2019 and 2023, Jennifer deepened her political engagement by serving in key publicity and mobilization roles for various campaign organizations. Most notably, she directed diaspora publicity for the Tinubu Support Organization (TSO), where she expanded its global presence across Europe, Africa, and Asia. She also created viral campaign content, including the political anthem “Bola Asiwaju”, and mobilized grassroots and diaspora communities, cementing her influence as both a strategist and a unifier in Nigeria’s political space.
