The Unity Project Nigeria (TUPN)

Introduction

In 2018 Jennifer Serrano Peace and Unity Foundation had a vision to unite all Nigerians irrespective of tribe, tongue, creed or political affiliations; this passion birthed THE UNITY PROJECT NIGERIA (TUPN)

TUPN set up centres across all 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria in order to understand the problems and proffer solutions to the polarization of Nigerians. Our research showed that social depravity, fueled by mischief makers were the cause of the dissolution outcry.

TUPN promptly set to work in communities across the 36 states. Employing a multi approach to accomplishing our task, we created several programs. Our intervention programs are focused on young Nigerians working first with the mind. We set up schools and community outreaches, virtual and local mentoring structures, vocational training and funding for as many as we are able. We concurrently run media campaigns promoting patriotism and moral values.

We focus on the power of the creative industry as a means of capacity building.

The Unity Festival which is our Flagship annual event provides a platform for young Nigerians and our trainees to showcase their talents as well reinforcing our resolve to stay as ONE NIGERIA. Our mission is to promote and preserve Nigerian culture, controlling the narrative. Uphold our tradition and national identity, boost morale and encourage patriotism.
